Supermarkets
There are a number of supermarkets in San Stefanos each selling a selection of beers, wines, spirits, food holiday gifts and souvenirs.
Many have milk, freshly baked bread, cakes along with local fruit and vegetables. They stock all of the items you will need for your holiday ranging from tea, coffee to shower gel.
Items are usually similar brands to those available in the UK but in Greek packaging, its not too difficult to find your favourites.
Bottled water must be used in Corfu and these local supermarkets sell six large bottles for around 1 euro.
If you are a keen cook, like us, remember to stock up on Olive Oil, spices and specialist ingredients you can't buy at home.
Most supermarket also sell wines and spirits for consumption on holiday or as duty free to bring home.
A surcharge is generally taken if you choose to pay by credit card so please don't be offended.
