and forgot to say, we are all beautiful under water even the fishes think so - yesterday at 6 30 pm when I went for an evening snorkel on our spectacular beach two massive fish we swimming around me in a circular patern and I knew they thought I was beautiful!!! ;D

Hi Tony, we are missing you already, when are you back? It shows that although you might feel tired after work it is good to make yourself go round the village at night as you meet such beautiful and special people as it was in the case with meeting up with you guys.
Thank you for engouraging us to go on, we love being on, we love seeing ourselves on and hearing from other people and believe we will bebefit hughely from being on--as they say in Tesco "every little helps" :)
Some very great and interesting people many of those interested in alternative tourism and conservation, which is what we are about, visit our shop and we do have a lot of useful information to pass on...... mind you Tony, I --BUBBLEH--have to curb myself as when I was doing my Degree a 2000word essay usually end up being 3000, 4000 etc initially lol lol.... but seriously, yes we have good info that can encourage sustainable tourism to our beloved S S and I believe that is what we all need and aspire to.
Because.. Divers like to "GO PLACES, meet people and do things under water" 8) 8) and this is what we are about!!!!! must go before you become a victim of 2000 words!!!! lol

Yes I forgot to add, after going out to SS, meeting people and blowing bubbles under the glorious Corfu water where the fish life is in abundance, the colours are fantastic and the bright sun shines down to 30 m or more, Divers like to unwind-if they are not like Kipper, kipping- and do a fair bit of of Yamas too!. So can we meet in the Athens Bar and do the Yamas when you are next in SS seeing that we didn't manage to hook up before you left? Do I hear you say, better get out my Greek Language book?!!!
I love "Bubbles" Kip says it goes with my personality.

Hi Colin, but you have just left. The 27th is only six days away and we are eagerly awaiting your visit to the shop, it will be good to see Mark again. We watch the singers in Athens Bar on Thursday and Saturday nights so should see loads of you Guys and who knows might even be persuaded to do the Sidari 3am thing again like we did last year.

Sorry havn't got back to Facebook yet, not much time, but will do soon. As you can see I am having all the fun on here as Kip is out daily bloowing bubbles and is only good for a kip when he gets back, but he loves tohave the "crack" and will catch you soon.

Hopeful of getting the go ahead for "gentle" swimming in the next couple of weeks. If water warm enough would love to try snorkelling with you guys. If not we can always grab Gwen off Nikos and all go for an alcohol or two.

Shame too that you will leave before the event, it is quite a groovy event, with entertainment laid on, brill atmosphere and exciting music before and during each fight; D so we could have had a few whilst bopping in between shouting our " come on you guys" Can we still do the bits without the shouting in one of our lovely bars?

Don pulled out what I initially thought was a used Condom!
I looked closer and then realised the sparkly stuff inside was actually a few coins,

Ah, Chris you talking about our Don? never true, he is a gentle man and we no ladies ;D, Gwen wil kill me, lol, but don't worry us Foreign girlies, - we have lived abroad for a few years now-- me and Gwenie, are wise to the ways of the world and have our ways of getting you guys to pay without you even knowing!!! ??? and yes of course we have "dry bags" to store all your money to pay for our drinks on land or in water.

yes and we can't wait to meet you too, when are you coming and where are you staying any, diving ideas popping up in your head? you know the best part of diving is the Mythos bonding after. Even if you join the group as a swimmer, spec or snorkeler you come unrer the "diving catagory" and thats why Don will be joining us, lol. he said it is for snorkeling but we know better and kip is well happy and says, " man after myown heart" 8) 8) 8)

Was looking up our old Dive Centre, Scubaction, in Leamington Spa on Google yesterday which was on the same page as the article by the Birmingham mail but most importantly both you and Suela had mentioned our Dive shop in San Stefanos. You had only added it on the 29th, it was a huge surprise to us and we are grateful and delighted to see it there!!!
We would like to thank you both and also a promise of buying you both a drink when we meet later ( so Chris suppose we will be paying after all eh? ) in Aug /sept

Hi Don
We hope your back is getting better each day. "You" will definately know if it is well enough to go for a gentle snorkel.
Please do check with your Medical Team but for anything that you or your MT are not sure about please find the nearest HSE Doctor who will give your informed choices because they study all the areas of Scuba Diving etc. (However, you are only snorkeling and can enjoy the under water from just lying on top of calm waters if you feel up to it.)
In fact in the Uk Scuba Diving is not only regulated by PADI and other Diving associations but heavily so by the HSE Regulations.
We would strongly advise anyone going abroad to Scuba to get a Dr' letter and if in any doubt about their Medical or other conditions, to see a HSE Doctor.
One may dive at ones own risk, or with Medical conditions, eg High Blood Pressure, Asthma, Diabetes etc and Disabled Diving is massive in the Uk but will always be advised to see the HSE Dr.
We are able to supply contact details for HSE Drs all over the Uk.

Still have a total block on using my right shoulder in any "power" way. Spent my time in the pool legs only but coming from a coastal town I have total respect for the sea and don't think myself a powerful swimmer even with fully working arms. I do though want to get out there!

I'm hopeing swimming in the pool will help my "frozen shoulder" even if it's only a little bit. Physio starts 11th August.

We got to know Eddie when he worked behind the bar in Nafsika, and we kept in touch with him for a while, he was due to stay with us in Cambridge and something or other happen, and then we didn't get together. You normally see us around the village with our mountain bikes, (we take them with us), and our daughters and friends, we take them with us as well. (the good looking family, you said it not me!)

I found Hendrix when I was in SS, I was sitting in Ozzy Oils and my eldest lad said to me...that's a rather loud Henrdix shirt sitting in the 3 W's bar, so I went over and Introduced myself to him, he's good guy we had a brief chat and off he went, I only seen him once more in the whole 2 weeks but he was too far away for me to say "hi" never mind! another time maybe :D

Simple, God yes, God that was a good night. Picture this: 5 o'clock in the morning, two blokes who arguably had had three to many, one finds out he's lost his apartment key, (although it was in his pocket all the time), we find a ladder, manage to negotiate our way around the swimming pool in the style of The Chuckle Brothers, lean the ladder against the side of Dimitri's bar, climb onto the roof, climb over the balustrade onto the balcony and walk straight into the patio door, leaving a perfect greasy face print on the also locked door. Said bloke then spends the rest of what remains of the night sleeping on the tiled floor of the balcony. Wife wakes in the morning, thinks that's nice he's made the bed and must be out for an early morning run, pulls the curtains back and finds what initially she thinks is a homeless person a sleep outside on the balcony. Anyway, I blame Cics for it all!
We're coming out on the 21st of this month so no doubt see you then. (warn Cics if she's around).

Cics remembers it well, she had a good chuckle last night when we talked. Unfortunately she is working in the U.K this year but would rather be her as you can imagine. She too is planning a trip out in early Sept and hopefully Ed is planning on being here from the 11th Sept to attend the Thai competition on the 13th and a great reunion it will be if you and the beautiful ones are still around then!!!

I know .... quite impressive isn't it? ;D. I could've been an English teacher but went against the school's advice ( it was not on the agenda at all!)and became a nurse instead! Think my interest in the English language must've been "intensely aroused" ( or something) again in the winter - I finished the TEFL course !
Makes you realise what non-sense your sentences make when you start to learn how to teach foreign language speakers! - what makes complete sense to us is actually - to quote Nikos - "complete bollocks" ! ( is that how you spell it?? ).

I know .... quite impressive isn't it? ;D. I could've been an English teacher but went against the school's advice ( it was not on the agenda at all!)and became a nurse instead! Think my interest in the English language must've been "intensely aroused" ( or something) again in the winter - I finished the TEFL course !
Makes you realise what non-sense your sentences make when you start to learn how to teach foreign language speakers! - what makes complete sense to us is actually - to quote Nikos - "complete bollocks" ! ( is that how you spell it?? ).

Hmmmm .......... I'm originally from Fife actually Don! Luckily I never spoke the broad Fife dialect ( was met with a thick ear if I even tried! :o)which is probably why I'm understood! But yes, a phrase/translation book would be needed to understand some of them. But at least we never spoke about loons/loonies or quines/quinies! ???
