Hi all,

Do any of you have a pre holiday ritual? I tend to do the same things every year before going away.
A week before going, I get my haircut. Also get the suitcases out for an airing.It`s at that point
you realise a wheel fell off last time and forgot about it . I cut the grass a couple of
days before, take the rubbish down to the tip a day before leaving. Depending on the time of our
flight , either pack the suitcases the night before or on the day. I worked with a guy who packed a
week before he goes away ! Just wondered what others do ?

It`s really good to know there are other people out there just like me . I`m sure most people think I`m mad counting the days to my holiday. My friends always ask me how many days now Steve ? I always know , even if its 180 days away ! You guys do it as well, so I`m not mad after all.   Just for the record .... 38 days to go. Great forum, getting paranoid about my spelling though!! Reading your posts over the last few weeks , you guys really make San Stefanos seem a  special place. Just wondered what you like best about it, the village? , beach? , food ? ,people ? Also how did you first find out about SS ?

We are staying at the Delfino blu. Saw it on trip advisor and it looked pretty good. Booked direct. Our flights are with Thomson. Haven`t booked  a taxi yet but have been told it will be 53 euros each way. looks like the airport is not going to be such a nightmare as I thought it was. Thanks guys !

Hi everyone, I`ve been lurking in the background for sometime , learning about San Stefanos. Thought it was time to join in.

Going to Corfu for the first time in July, travelling independently. I`ve heard the airport can be a bit of a nightmare at certain times. Just wondered if you guys have had any bad experiences or can offer any tips to make it less stressful.
