Unfortunately not, but I have seen a bird of prey on there before, not clear enough for me to ID. Web indicates Corfu does get Osprey, so it would be wonderful to find it so. Must keep checking for it.

WoW it does look nice today. Not too sure what is going on at the Nafsika, gate down and wall perhaps?

One of my first actions in the morning is to check the webcams to get that buzz on seeing, what is now, a sleepy looking village with deep blue sea background. Although there are plenty cars parked up, there's only the occasional person walking around, and now the beds have gone from Mistral. I suspect further along the beach they have gone too. Also a beautiful day here in Yorkshire, but sadly not 21c.

Nafsika looks all closed up now, but still life around Manthos.  :)
Yes I noticed quite a little group in the carpark this morning. It still looked pleasant there with a reasonable 22c, still a few on the beach beds now (15:09 UK).

Looks a little choppy there today  :o .

I've been fighting with hotmail and gmail and missed my fix this morning...  :-X  Still a lovely 24c there (15:23 UK) , but yes, windy again.

23c , but it would take some doing keeping that beach cam clean in that wind!

Manthos car park busy today (Sunday so locals out in force). My daughter is there and says Andreas was full at lunch time and beach was busiest it had been all week.

Beach did look a lot busier today, it's still 20c there now (22:11 UK time) and some really nice temps last week...

Looking wild and windy there today, hence the beach cam is blurred by the spray and/or sand. I'm guessing the Nafsika pool surround has been re-seeded judging by the little flags to scare the birds? Still people marching up and down the road and still a pleasant 21c , can't see if many beds have gone from the beach....

Is the web cam still working?

Yes, but it often is taking some time to open.

Aye, noticed the loungers stacked at Nafsika, and it looks as though some are stacked in Manthos too.

Once I see those Kamini tables outside gone....  :(

Looks like it is starting to shut for end of season. Must be lovely for all those who work so hard over the summer, but sad for me.

Disappointed to see a fair amount of toilets in some establishments in poor condition. Some with no toilet seat, grotty bowls, broken cistern handles, no flush, no soap , overflowing paper bins, etc. I know these places get a regular amount of visits during the day and night, but surely a five minute check every hour or so would be no hardship.

What a shame. It sounds a bit like Greece going way back when we first tried it in the 80s. It did not stop us going back, but thankfully things vastly improved.

Missed which was cleaned first, but well done to both as the view is superb today. Reading the posts on the food makes me hungry for some of that Greek food, just wish the wine was a little better, but I'd put up with it ::) !

Where to stay / Re: Sugar and Almond.

Just home after spending a week in these amazing suites. Up an incline opposite SS Travel office, the suites have two bedrooms, two loos, wet room and shower over bath, massive lounge/ diner, with amazing views over the village and beach, two balconies at front, and two smaller to rear. There are four suites in total, each with secure access, spotlessly clean, and smell so fresh. The owner is Pepi, she is so welcoming, and nothing is a bother to her, peaceful location too I must add.

Not stopped in them Winkie, but almost did 'til covid struck! Pepi we know very well and have done so for many a year. Can't believe how hard that girl and her family work.
