New builds.

Apparently, lots of work being carried out in the village. Little Prince boutique hotel, making good progress, work the new build on the hill above Kamini, and apparently, Athina hotel, adding more accommodation to the side where the new villas are, all go for the new season ahead.

Nafsika web cam back!!! Great! Some work going on there as well, pool empty - all very exciting for those going back next year.

Interesting that Athina adding more rooms near the posh ones. We stayed in one this year-our first time at Athina-and they were lovely, but a bit expensive for every year!

Oooh-just had a thought. When we stayed in the posh bit, we said it looked like it should have a couple more floors on it. Is that what they are building? Just looked on Jet2 and they have an "Artists impression" of a 3 story building with swim  up rooms!!

Not a new rebuild, but a re opening. The 180 bar on the beach, is to open soon according to social media, Mike from Little Prince and his wife Anna were mentioned in the report. Meanwhile, Manthos is now open for business, as is 3 WWW. Village coming to life for another season  .

Exciting season start with Easter this week! Just need the weather to improve a tad and Nafsika sorted!

Walked up past the blue house to get onto the hilltop track, and to Eriannas, its very steep, and there is now a sign to say the track is only for visitors to the bar and pool, not to Arillas. There is a new complex being built next to Villa Moira, apparently its to be named San Stefanos Rock. There are villas, and pools, the views are incredible, to either side of the hilltop, would defo need transport of some kind to access here, quad or car id guess, unless they upgrade the road from Akrotiri.
Also new builds on the road up and behind Fantasea, looks like two more villa type accomodation, again with pools, the village is certainly growing in size.
