Just returned from San Stef on 25th Sept from a 14 day stay. The wasps were not a problem at the pool or in restaurants. The only place they bothered us was at the beach where they pestered us a lot early morning, then dwindled until about 4.00pm when they vanished. I have a phobia about wasps. Terrified of them but as long as you don't bother them they don't bother you. They did not succeed in spoiling our days at the beautiful beach!

There didn't seem to be anywhere near as many wasps as previous years in September this year.

That was because they liked to drown in Sandra's beer, Sandra's orange juice and Sandra's wine! Now see what happens when I part with money? ............ God sends down a pestilence followed by thunder, lightning and floods of biblical proportions!

Just got back, wasps a real pain on the beach and when eating but only during the day, not at night.
