seeing the doc today before I go,and determine how much is safe to drink on these new tabs...I dont usually drink every day,so I may need to be a little cautious,no doubt Mrs Zimmer will ensure I only drink water during the day...goodness knows how I'll cope on Saturday afternoon  :)
We try to stick to water during the day - far healthier, but we do succumb to the occasional shandy for lunch!!
What tabs are you on (blood pressure?), if so join the club!! LOL
Oh we went through the tablet ritual last night, main supply in suitcase and back up supply in flight bag ::) - just in case we lose the suicase...you really wanna know  :) ??? :-[?...ok, here goes

Ramipril
Warfarin
Statin
Beta blocka
metformin/pioglitz something
Arupurinol  thats me, for her....

Thyroxin
Epilim

hence the insurance....but hey it dont stop me drinking, my starter starts on the plane - JD :)

One year I didnt count out the things right, and to be fair a hol rep put me in touch with this great Greek doc,who established the Greek = of the drugs and proscribed them, he didnt charge, suggested I make a donation to a dog charity  :D...anyway, dont really have a fav starter, just love food.

Wow! Shake - Rattle & Roll!!
Almost a many tablets as my wife, and to make matters worse - she has to go in for a minor Operation now,
Got the letter - it wanted her in on the day we fly!! She re-booked it for 6th August!!
I used to take ramipril, it made no difference except to make my joints ache!!
I take a statin as well!!
Do they load your travel insurance now?

Fasolada.
So you enjoy a Greek soup of dry white beans, olive oil, and vegetables!!

Yes TC, but the fasolada that Kiki in the Armourada at Arillas makes is one of the modern wonders of the world, the taste is out of this world, and eaten with her real garlic bread with olive oil and paprika sprinkled on it.......
Advisory- just do not eat it the night before flying!!

TIP - Pour the top inch out of your bottle of water reseal then put in freezer compartment. In the morning take out with you. Lovely tingling cold water available for next few hours!

Tony, the best time to eat there is at night, when son Leon is on duty. Daytimes the quality can be haphazard at times. You will get no get the fasolada on the menu, if you ask for it they usually make it for the next day ( same as the sousokakia-bad spelling). For what it is worth say that Brian and Pearl suggested you went there!! The other son Vassilis is a tad strange but harmless.

Somewhere on this forum, and I'll be damned if I can find it, Jules I think it was, mentioned an establishment in SS that did a lovely lunchtime Gyros, A Gyros and a Mythos I find is the order of the day for lunch, I know from experience that there is a cracking Gyros gaff in Arillas, next to the Car Hire, no doubt we'll pay it a visit when we're out and about.....any Idea's peeps?  :)
