something on tv saying banks will be putting charges up for using abroad but wont be making a big thing of it

Have you noticed if everyone charging commission in San Stef Deemac or is anyone commisssion free  :)

Maria's (paper shop) gave €1.07.5/£ net a couple of days ago. I don' know if any commission was charged.
