i wish i could tell you that we put our clain in a week after they went bust and in the end i had to phone up all the time to get them to do something only got it when i told them we would be phoning bbc watchdog then we had the money put in bank

One of my friends still hasn't got her money back. They keep asking for copies of stuff she has sent countless times. Maybe the Watchdog thing woukd work for her.

Don't know why it took so long, got a letter to say they needed more information, i e-mailed them that they had all receipts and then i phoned them and they said Oh yes we have now got all the information and a cheque will be sent out!!!!

i think they thought people would give up if they kept coming up with things  i was told the same but didnt give up and got money back it was only the deposit but they told me some people were waiting for the full amount

I must of pestered them more than you - I know what you mean though, I sent stuff countless times.  They even asked for the tickets - what part of 2009 holiday didn't they understand. 
Never mind at least it had a happy ending cos now we are coming back to San Stef instead of Rhodes yeepee  8 weeks on Friday
