Passenger Locator form
« on: August 09, 2020, 10:22:02 PM »
Have they changed this so adults need one each? I completed one a couple of weeks ago and I'm sure at the time it was one per household. Steve has now pointed out the Gov.uk says one per adult so I have to complete his too!  ???

Haha! I would have thought it would be an individual form, as I would assume you have to ask some health questions of each person :)

No health questions Karen, DOB, address, where you will be staying, and contact number.
If its not one thing, its your mother.

It seems from what has been said on FB that some have used just one form,so maybe it depends who you are travelling  with-which company.

The Greek one to go out appears to be one per household-ours to come back is one each!

It says one PLF should be submitted per household, I haven't looked at the form though, that may say something else.
