I see Manthos is selling his old blue car 500 euros. Anyone interested?

On the subject of Christmas films, the two I can't stand that seem to appear without fail every year are The Wizard of Oz  and The Sound of Music.
My favourite film, though not a Christmas film, is "Zulu". The sight of thousands of Zulus lining up on those hills must have been a terrifying sight. The sound track on the film just adds to atmosphere.
"Dances with Wolves" comes a close second.

My late dad and I were watching his favourite film Zulu sometime in the 1970s when my dad said that my great, great grandfather was at Rorkes Drift. I said really and my dad said, he wasn't fighting. He was camping in a field next door and he went over to complain about the noise.

Boom boom.
When God created Wales he was just showing off

It was the first film I watched at my small local cinema.  I think I sneaked in actually.

Anyone looking today will see it is a typical Winter's Day here in Corfu - drizzle, breezy, cloudy and damp too.  Happy Sunday it's just a cooler 14c midday up the hill and we expect a chilly 7c overnight here.....

Up the hill it is rather breezy and cold with the wind coming from Albania - not even 2pm but had to put heating on, spots of rain with more on route - rather grey too......

I see the Pool is topped up again.  Is that just recent rainfall?  We have had 430mm in Cornwall since the first week in October.

Big white horses crashing on the shoreline this morning, glorious to watch. Kernock, the pool not been emptied I believe, been that awful green colour since the season ended.
