That's a joke!

The EFI is in a terrible state and no person of sane mind will pay over half a million pounds for it!

I doubt whether anyone would pay 200,000 euros ::).

I have seen properties for sale in San Stef for over 5 years and are still waiting for a buyer, the property market is dead and prices must reflect that otherwise you will never get a sale.
