hi there,

we are driving from the airport to San Stef and I need to pick up a few bottles of well priced champagne on the way for a birthday party. which supermarket should we stop at?

Lidl,on the left hand side of the road driving from Corfu town to San Stefanos.I know someone who stops there and stocks up on enough drink and provisions to last the holiday,things are really cheap.

Some of the tavernas also get their supplies and wine from lidl !!!

If you want champagne as in the real thing rather than fizzy wine then AB supermarket in Kontokali stocks various vintages of Moet and other French Champagne.
