We're heading out there next week :) just looking for any latest recommendations from those who are out there or recently returned. Are there any not to be missed dishes, new venues or  pleasant surprises from this years menus? Cheers.

Sellsy, we were early this year (late May school hols). With our 5 year old we went to the tried and tested Little Prince and Zorbas the most.  As Gavlah says, Zorbas dancing was brilliant this year, and I have to say their food was very good too on the 4 times that we went. We preferred it to the Little Prince this year, although the welcome there was very good as always.  We had a very disappointing meze and greasy chips at 2 Stars. Summer Dreams sardines and chips were very nice too. We really must try a few more places when we come back! Quattro opened on our last day but we had already booked for the evening (Zorba's unsurprisingly!).  If you venture out of the resort, we had a brilliant meze in the old harbout at Paleocastritsa when we went there on a boat trip.

Just back from SS, and we really liked Summer Dreams, Manthos, and Yiannis. We ate in Little Prince once and two or three breakfasts at Two Stars (if that's the one with the canaries). Havana was great for lunch.

Hi all, settled in to the resort now, all good with quite a few people out and about, many restaurants busy without being mobbed.highlights food wise up to now - brilliant fish in coconut at Nafsika,(great to meet Jimbo and Gilly there also ) lemon and thyme chicken at Ozzie oil was fantastic, lucky to be squeezed in last night! while the food at the Romanza remains second to none, wherever you may wander when you get here it's all good folks , and as relaxed and welcoming as ever.

We used Yiannis Grill quite a few times this year.  He has really "upped his game".  If you like lamb, you will not be disapointed.

Well folks how about this for a bump of a thread!
In this chain are a few recommendations and top ten lists for eateries in recent years...Are the big names still as popular...?? Would the newer restaurants from the last couple of seasons figure in a 2017 top ten? Would anyone like to set the ball rolling with a favourite three?

Beachcomber, Olympia & Manthos though on any given day you could substitute Zorbas or Yainnis or Little Prince for Manthos.
