Ryanair cabin luggage
« on: March 06, 2014, 03:58:04 PM »
Has anybody got recommendations for lightweight cabin bags that will actually pass Ryanair's attempts to charge extra at any excuse.

Apparently, check-in staff get 50p per bag they can condemn. Outrageous.

Try Karabar Luggage.Amazon stock them but if you order directly from Karabar they don't charge postage.I bought one last year and was very pleased with quality and price.

I have bought different bags from Karaber and been very pleased with both.  Don't know about Ryanair but they have both passed Easyjet.

I've just bought a cabin bag from Karabar. We're heading to Rome for a
few days in July and didn't want to check in luggage, these bags look ideal!
Thanks for the info.

Ryanair now allow a smaller underseat cabin bag too. No larger than 35x20x20. Can't find one and Ryanair don't advertise any of their own.

Be careful!!I think you'll find that those measurements are in centimetres which is only the size of a handbag

Sandra we used Ryan air last week. I looked everywhere for a second bag and eventually got a lovely handbag that's the correct size made by Jane shilton Out of TK  max. Only cost £25 and I used it on holiday as well. Only trouble is hubby won't carry it!! Our carry on  bags were from Amazon. The make is 5 cities. We have used them several times and no problem at airport.
