We hope to return to San Stef next year after a 4 year break and I have looked at Thomson's for the Olga apts without any luck. Can anyone tell me if these apts are still open.

Yes they are still open but are run independent of travel agents. If you click on the where to stay button right at the top (next to the contact us button) they will come up on there.
