If you go to Nafsika Spiros will do it for you, if you so wish. Gillie does her own. I let Spiros do it!

Manthos will fillet it for you as well and you can choose your own fish from the catch of the day.

No Ioanna he said that this year he wants to try more fish as he always sticks to things he knows and he needs said fish filleted for him!!
