My local Indian does a lovely "Chicken Tarka Massala" it's like chicken tikka massala but it's a little otter!!

So anyway going back to Jules original question the Otter Santaury is nr Agios Spyridon before Kassiopi and is called Antinotis Lagoon the website link for more info being http://www.corfuvisit.net Hope that helps Lesley  :)
