We stayed in Lassi for a wedding - the beach was good but small and very crowded.  i liked the proximity to Argostoli and we walked there many times.  I found prices a lot steepr thatn in Ag Stef but the people were lovely.

oops the typing gremlins again!  Gavlah - have always fancied the Nine Muses, actually expected it to be more on a par with Delfino Blu?

Yup, deffo like the Delfino. It has a main pool and also a quiet pool at the top end of the complex. All the rooms are housed in little blocks, also has its own restaurant. I'd thoroughly recommend it

If you like luxury, then try the Palazzo del Mare in Kos.
We went there for our 25th anniversary in 2009.
It was really lovely but I felt I could have been anywhere in the world
and not in Greece.
After dinner, we would escape to a local, really friendly taverna for
drinks.
It's an amazing hotel with so many pools. We stayed in an executive suite for three days
and then moved to a Junior suite for the rest of our holiday. Hot tub on the balcony too.
It was a great experience but I prefer to go to Ag.Stef with it's beautiful people and try a different
restaurant every night.

Know what you meanthough the 9Muses still manages to retain is charm and deffo feels like Greece. I stayed at Sani in Halkidiki once and that was a bit too posh! Still had its moments though....stood watching the sunset a t a  Byzantine watchtower while a mini orchestra played was pretty damn good!

Can't wait for August 31st.  ;D
I feel like I'm wishing my life away though :'(  I just work to afford holidays.
Nice to have a new forum member Romanza man.
We only went for the first time last year to Ag. Stef and, like everyone told me we would ,
we fell in love with the place.
