Really wild weather today, wind is so strong and gusting at 40 mph, not pleasant for anyone here. Had a wander around last night, good to report places are busier, many restaurants are looking like more guests, and owners are smiling more too. Off out to Yannis tonight, hopefully find shelter from this wind.

Great updates.. thank you 🙏
Last year my favourite restaurant was Spetseriko so I’m glad they are busy already this year. Weather looking like it’s getting better so hopefully you will be warm in the sun anytime now 🤞
Thanks too for chasing up webcam issues. Have a great weekend.

The village is very quiet, everywhere open for business, but most place owners are experiencing small numbers. Last night, the busiest place we saw was Spetseriko, across from LP, with around 20 folks, the weather last night was heavy rain, and chilly. Today, we are having breakfast in Barras, then back to the loungers to pray for some sun. If I can help anyone with any questions, I’ll do my best to answer them.

Popped in this morning, pool area completely revamped, new walls, shrubs removed, new loungers with mattresses, little bit still to do around pool edges, but looking superb, oh a new planters being placed around the area. Mentioned the webcam, storm damage is the cause, but made the guy aware of how much we miss the view at home lol, fingers crossed it gets fixed soon.

What great news, can't wait to see the lovely place and views again! Many thanks.

Great updates Radarman, thanks for that as it’s so nice to get news direct from the resort. Weather looking like normal end of May to me. I seem to recall it picked up the last week in May, but my memory is not quite what it was… To be honest those temperatures next week would suit us fine, perhaps a little warmer at night would be good. Enjoy!
