Travel insurance won't necessarily increase as most policies will simply exclude anything to do with Covid 19 so there isn't an increase in risk to the insurer.

Hi Chloe,

I fondly remember your grandparents Shane and Sandra. Lovely couple and had many a chat with Shane over a juice and baguette on putting the world to right.

I have Shane a a friend on Facebook and enjoy hearing about their latest tours of Australia or trips to Bali,  they look like they are living the dream over there!  8)

Hi Chloe, I remember your grandparents (was it Shane and Beryl) running the juice bar. They were lovely people, I hope they are safe and well x

Hello  Chloe. Yes I remember you, more when you were a little girl and we loved Ozzy Oil. We saw your Dad last year in Bar 38. Hope all your family are well. I do don't use Facebook, only this forum. It would be nice for us all to have a little update of what's happening in the village as most of us can t get out this year. Best wishes Karen
How lovely, welcome from another newbie. Yes, I'm with Karen, that would be great!

Hello Lesley. That would account for the beach being empty then! It's lovely here, about 23 degrees and little cloud. The garden is desperate for water though. Have a good day :)

We had a great thunder and lightning storm overnight last night being Saturday through to early today Sunday morning and loads of much needed rain - the gardens are happy!!!  Awoke today to blue skies but a soggy BBQ area so the prepped kebabs (in the fridge in their marinade overnight) went in the oven instead - now we have a mix of weather late afternoon - some blue spells and sunshine but grey clouds blowing backwards and forwards between Albania and NW Corfu - forecast shows rain for tomorrrow but that could easily be tonight again - we wait and see.  Quite mild though around 23c - believe you guys may have a better temperature over in the UK...... Enjoy your Sunday  8)

I'm now seriously considering a week towards the end of September as I've had a pretty dreadful year so far but I'm not sure of the quarantine situation, nor how much travel insurance will cost for a 57 year old!

Sorry you've had a dreadful year, David, think we all need a holiday :) We don't know what the quarantine situation will be like in September. I think travel insurance is important, but will they cover for Covid, I doubt it.
