Grant Schapps is trying to discourage travel to amber list countries, because of the stringent checks that will be done, on arrival at UK airports and the queues it will create.

I don't think much will change by early June, which is when the 3 week review is due. There will be some who can quarantine for 10 days, on return, but many can't...

The vaccine won't cover all varients of the virus, that is why we won't travel abroad, in the near future.
