We have never had any problems drinking the water. Drink, shower in it, make tea with it. It's fine.

I think that Little Prince has the deepest borehole (well) in the village.

Here in Hull the water has a quite high mineral content, so we're used to it. If you live in the Greater London area your water has passed through at least five bladders and been recycled, in which case you might find natural water a bit strong!

The boat trip to Corfu Town is one we will do again. It's only about half an hour to the harbour near Acharavi on the coach, then a nice cruise down the east coast and a few hours to explore the town.

The boat stops on the way back for a (much needed) swim.

Check the trips on San Stefanos Travel, buy from any one of the three goddesses, and enjoy!

If the pier was like the Avliotes bypass there'd be a gap before you go to the end.

I also have never seen anything hostile, including sea urchins, in AS.

Best thing for sea-urchins is urine. Pee in a carrier bag and immerse foot. It's a kind of social thing, because you can get everybody to contribute!

Beech Tree food looks nice.

I'm sure I can organise some Mythos in Pave. Might even persuade the (very good) chef to make moussaka!

Para-sailing platform.

I don't trust the Sidari forecast. The only proper weather station on the island is the airport.

Marlborough Avenue. Well-placed for a drink. Or a meal. Haven't been in the Old Zoo since it changed into Pearsons.

One thing to note is that forecasts are for Kerkira town. Quite often it rains and has thunder storms there when it's clear and lovely in Ag Stef.

UK Met Office forecasts are as reliable as any forecast can be. Looks like Tuesday next week is going to be very hot.

Meanwhile, the rest of May looks cold and rubbish in the UK.

I was at the match. What a day! I thought I'd need a pace-maker.

Up the Tigers! Fancy a pint in the Pave? I'll ask Steve if he can get some Mythos in!!

Agree with Gav about this.

Bee - the sunbeds outside Mango are firmer, higher and classier than the others. You might find fewer problems with them. Plus you get a free bucket of ice and a bottle of water. You can even get drinks and snacks delivered to you as you lie there like a princess!

I suspect (if it's true) that the entrepreneur would be well advised to pre-order some crutches!

Quickest coach we've had was 1 hour 20 minutes.
