Theresa and I will be arriving on Friday. Decided booking a package might be safer so travelling with TUI and staying at Little Prince. Two of our sons flying out on Sunday and staying in Valantis Home above the bike shop opposite the Condor. Sounds like things are getting back to normal but I'm sorry about 180 degrees and Aquarius being shut and my sons are gutted that Athens is not open as that's where they normally end up after we go back. My son has a local contact and seems to think the Aquarius bar may open at some stage I don't know if anyone knows if that's right? Also Theresa would like to know whether the launderette is open?

Hi Chloe,
Glad to hear your grandparents are doing OK. Remember them well from the juice bar. I think Shane always seemed to be the most cheerful man I'd ever met. Hope Kerry and Nikos are OK too we remember them from Ozzy Oil.
We have an apartment booked at Floros at the moment from August 7th with free cancellation up to early July. We would love to still come but it may depend on whether the British government relaxes the current quarantine rule for people returning from Greece. Like others we would be very interested to know how things are going in San Stefanos at present. Do you have social distancing? Are waiters having to wear face masks? Have any of the bars and restaurants been forced to close? Will keep an eye on this thread to see your thoughts on how the summer season is going. Hope to meet you in August.

Where to stay / Hotel Olga

Hi everyone, have booked recently for our two weeks in San Stef but left it late this year as I've recently had a hip replacement and didn't want to book until I knew it had gone ok. This meant we couldn't get our usual package to Little Prince so have booked accommodation and flights separately. We are due to stay in Hotel Olga but I don't recall seeing this so wondered if anyone can give me any info about it. I get the impression that it is somewhere near the now closed Sunset tavern and fairly near the beach am I right? If anyone has stayed there I'd like to hear their opinions of it. Thanks in advance for any replies.

We are being joined for one week of our holiday in August by my wife's mother and sister and one of her mum's friends. We never bother to pay extra for air con but they may want to as they might spend longer in their room so I wondered if anyone could give me a rough idea of how much it costs per night so I can let them know. They are staying at The Little Prince.

Thanks for the help. Thomson gave me a number in the end which didn't work but managed to get through to the number on the website. Think I've managed to sort something out.

Hi, We are back in San Stef next Friday. My wife and I are staying in Little Prince again but two of our sons booked separately and are staying in Stematis Appartments. Our third son Michael did not think he would be able to get time off work to join us but has now decided he would like to join us for the first week. He has managed to book the last seat on our flight but has no accomadation booked. My son rang Thomson tonight to see if they could arrange for a third bed in their room but they were extremely unhelpful and said that he would have to contact the hotel direct. We are happy to do this but I cannot find any direct contact details anywhere so if anyone can provide a phone number or E-mail address I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

Thanks for the replies. Only two days to go now. Looking forward to some decent weather and eating in some of our favorite tavernas as well as trying some new ones. Noticed on Trip Advisor that Fantasea is highly rated. We've never eaten there but the old Golden Beach which I believe it used to be was our favorite when the wife and I first visited all those years ago so it will be nice to try it for old times sake. Also noticed that Brusko is rated number five. Don't remember that name is it new? Also looking forward to trying Beer O'Clock (love the name!) and the Chilly Chilli bar where I believe Vasilis is now working who was the barman at the Little Princess a couple of years ago and enjoyed playing pool with me and my sons.

Hi folks I haven't posted on here before but have been reading some of the posts for a while. My wife and I first visited San Stef about 32 years ago before we were married. It was a lot quieter then with only five tavernas but we liked it so much we came back the following year. We revisited about eight years ago with our three boys and have been back several times since including the last two years. We are due back on 31st July (can't wait!) and just had a few questions. My wife wanted to check if the laundry opposite Ozzie Oil was still open as we normally make use of it? We were also wondering if the Zest for Life Juice bar was now closed as we know Kerry's parents weren't going to be running it this summer? Final question (for now) was whether Tassos and his dad were still running the Silver Star as I read on one thread that they may not be? I'm sure we'll think of some more before we visit but that's all for now so thanks in advance for your replies.
