Where to stay / Pandora Apartments.
« on: January 17, 2020, 07:18:39 PM »
Noticed these on another site, anyone stayed there?. Walked past them many times, but they looked deserted. They are situated above an old disused restaurant, the name escapes me, was it Pandora too? at the bend leading up to Fantasea restaurant. Amazing views I would guess from the balconies, the contact given is Ioanna from Fantasea.

Where to stay / Fedra Mare.
« on: September 15, 2019, 11:20:27 AM »
Fabulous, peaceful, spotless and well maintained apartments and studios, with the friendliest helpful owners Dimitris and Harri. Stayed here again for another two weeks, and enjoyed every day, and night in their company. The pool area is immaculate, cleaned every morning, first thing, whilst most are asleep, this area is also used for breakfast and lunches, all cooked by Harri, and served by the handsome waiter Angelo. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed, beds made, and toiletries left when needed, by the maid Bora, an expert in towel sculptures, had a swan one day, amazing. The bar is open early morning until 1.00 am, and drinks of all kinds are available, served by the owner Dimitris, a guy who enjoys a good laugh or four. The apartments are on two floors, an upper bedroom and toilet, with loads of cupboard space, and a fabulous balcony, the lower floor has the lounge and kitchen, with various utensils, again with a balcony. Fedra is a top top quality place to stay, booked again for June 2020, cant wait  8)

Apparently it has had a makeover in the close season, and from what I could see, it looks stunning. One of the best, if not thee best, sunset spots in the village. Ate here a few times, and the food is excellent, and the cold beers too. I wish the new management all the very best for the summer season, and will definitely drop in for a meal or two again during our stay at Fedra. Hope they have oxtail soup on the menu still, the best ever tasted.
