It will be safe at reception, but if you are not sure have a look for a small coolbag pouch that is suitable for insulin, I have a mate needs insulin and has stayed at Thomas bay and that's what he prefered to use, but the reception is safe

There are no fridges in the rooms at the thomas bay ,there is a fridge at reception if you need to store medical supplies
they do not rent fridges.
