Visited this bar every night as it was on the way back to our apartment however i cannot remember its name, does anyone know it?

Found a new place this year, The Beachcomber (it opened last year after we had left), we ate there loads and the sunsets at about 9pm were great i have got some cracking photies.

« on: May 10, 2008, 04:02:11 AM »The best shots I have had were from the Romanza... pre-digital days OR Manthos taverna. Manthos is my preferred location as there is always some prop to use.. The boat on the beach.. A man fishing off the old harbour.. See my gallery. Look forward to seeing your shots.
Never considered the Manthos taverna strange really as we got the details of the Fedra Mare apartments from the gent who owns the place, and it will be directlty opposite from were we are staying.

Every year after spending the day soaking up the sun we like to go up to the Casa Delfino to watch the sun go down, however this year we fancy going somewhere different any suggestions?

This will be our 3rd time in San Stef we have stayed in the Rose Garden previoulsy however this year we have booked everything independantly and are staying at the Fedra Mare near the church, can't wait!!!!!

« on: February 11, 2008, 08:18:14 PM »20th June here we come -(14 days) booked the Rose Garden apartments - really looking forward to it - looks a lovely pool and surrounding areas - heard that there is a short cut through the olive groves to the village - does anyone know if this is true?

We stayed at the Rose Garden last year and we tried the path through the Olive Groves, unfortunalty we had to turn back as the path was overgrown with thorn bushes etc. You will enjoy your stay at the Rose Gradens as the location of the apartments is very peaceful.

It's been a couple of years since we were iin San Stefanos but its not long until we return, when we were there last time there was a bar with a dj on the main street not sure what it was called next to the mexican restaurant which also had Karaoke nights, we usually went into Athens bar most evenings as there is always a warm welcome and it also showed the football etc.
If you want nightclubs etc you will have to get a taxi to Sidari, not my idea of a good night out but each to there own

Where to eat out in San Stefanos? / Fish Restaurants

I know that there are some very good places to eat out in San Stefanos, but can anyone recommend a good fish restaurant, i'm sure there is one where you can go in the morning tell them what you want and they will prepare it for the evening, any recommendations.
