Have those lucky few amongst us who have made it this year noticed if the little wooden bridge is rebuilt over the Mississippi on the beach? It was a real nuisance last year if we walked from the Vicky down the beach in the evening to eat-as I am a little short-arse I can't stride (and certainly can't jump!) over the river so ended up with wet feet in several of San Stef's finest eating establishments!  ;D

Have they changed it then or did my subconscious not want my husband to come?  ;D

Have they changed this so adults need one each? I completed one a couple of weeks ago and I'm sure at the time it was one per household. Steve has now pointed out the Gov.uk says one per adult so I have to complete his too!  ???

I know they wash the bedsheets but do they always wash the bedspreads too? I remember seeing an episode of CSI once where they mentioned that in US hotels the bed-covering never gets washed  :o-made me resolve to stop sitting on it eating pringles whilst watching the TV!

I've just looked up Aquarius on Google maps as I had no idea where it was-has it always been there? I don't think we've ever walked down to the Athina!

Going slightly off topic here, but I've always wondered with the planes-when they scoop water from the sea, is it just water of could there be fish and (shudder) octopus scooped up too? (I have a real phobia of octopus, so please no-one tell me they have seen them in the sea at SS!)

Can I ask a dumb question-if Nafsika isn't open why are there people in the pool on the webcam? (It looks a beautiful day on the beach BTW!!)

As a lady of a certain age I would struggle at night-poor Steve is snuggled under the covers and I'm throwing them off and still complaining I'm too warm!!  ;D

OMG just filled it in-it wants the street the Vicky is on-just put Main Street! It didn't like the postcode format, it didn't like the fact I didn't put Steve's DOB down-even though it said we didn't need to if he wasn't a child! Dreadful form

Will do-totally off topic but we are having a new bed next week and there are dozens of books shoved under my current bed that I need to find a home for (new bed is an ottoman one and I don't want to fill the base with books and kill it!!)

Unless anything changes between now and then - Vicky's is open from 15/07 as this is when I will be back on reception to welcome our first UK guests. However we cannot offer our Book Swap or Book Library due to new Protocols so everyone should bring their Kindles or if bringing books you can not swap them for another as our Library shelves will not be stocked this Summer.

Ooh never thought of that-thanks for the heads up Lesley, we'll make sure we bring our own!
