Just looked at Thomson for accommodation only and for self catering In San Stefanos they come up with:-
£134 OLGA
£134 TSAROS
£151 Barras
£171 Voula
£180 Teresa
£185 Little Prince
£185 Stamatis
These all look reasonable and below what privately booked accommodation costs locally. Are Thomson's deliberately trying to uncut the locals? This type of action usually leads to a rapid upsurge in TO's prices. We prefer not to book packages so that more money goes directly to the local economy. Looking at what we paid this June for a package and what Thomson want for 2010 there is a 40% increase.
Costed on 2 adults for 25th September for 1 week.

just had a email from the perros hotel we had tried to book for sep /oct but they are not open from 21st sep thomsons prices have gone up in the last 4 days so we will wait to see if they come down as we found flights but the rooms everywere are a lot more than thomsons so will work out better to get a package

Or Easyjet flights and Thomson Accommodation work out £380 below Thomsons package. So that is £380 for 4 meals and transfers. Dear do that!
