Have they changed this so adults need one each? I completed one a couple of weeks ago and I'm sure at the time it was one per household. Steve has now pointed out the Gov.uk says one per adult so I have to complete his too! ???

Yes, according to this (https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/greece/entry-requirements) ... Things change daily and if travelling, if not hourly, keep checking :o

Have they changed it then or did my subconscious not want my husband to come? ;D

Haha! I would have thought it would be an individual form, as I would assume you have to ask some health questions of each person :)

No health questions Karen, DOB, address, where you will be staying, and contact number.

That's easy then :)

It seems from what has been said on FB that some have used just one form,so maybe it depends who you are travelling with-which company.

I've read somewhere it's one form for one household.

Here's what the Greek government says: https://travel.gov.gr/#/ (https://travel.gov.gr/#/)

The Greek one to go out appears to be one per household-ours to come back is one each!

On the link I posted above it says "Each traveller"

It says one PLF should be submitted per household, I haven't looked at the form though, that may say something else.
