Title: Passenger Locator form
Post by: hobbes on August 09, 2020, 10:22:02 PM: Have they changed this so adults need one each? I completed one a couple of weeks ago and I'm sure at the time it was one per household. Steve has now pointed out the Gov.uk says one per adult so I have to complete his too! ???

Haha! I would have thought it would be an individual form, as I would assume you have to ask some health questions of each person :)
