The webcam seems to be stuck on Thursday 23rd July. Is this just me or general?

I  also cannot see any live coverage, also the map doesn't seem to work any more !! :-\

I can't even access the webcam, all I get is a load of instructions about logging into a camera!  What the hell is that????
