Back in San Stef next week for the 11th time! 8) Very excited! My only bugbear is that we have not been able to find a decent red wine in the past except for at Beachcombers. Anyone know of any restaurants that serve a good red wine (not the home-made stuff, unfortunately it gives me terrible heartburn!)?

Brilliant dry red wine at Athens bar 2 euro a glass

If you visit nafsica, ask for the wine card.have some very nice wines.spiros will advise you if needed

Enjoyed wine at Fantasea beware Kostas keeps topping up glass !!
-
Have to agree with Rilo about wine at the Naksika.
Speros has a good wine list and will probably match your wine to your meal
-
Me too but our first visit and yep...I'm a bit partial to a drop of red myself! ;D
-
Excellent, thanks for the info, I shall try them all! :D

If you try them all - - you may need a stomach pump - - maybe over a week or two though !! LOL

Where is Fantasea situated?

Bee. Turn left out of Nafsica and it's no more than 5 minutes walk away at a leisurely pace. Up a small slope. Lovely setting
