Title: A couple of names

Hi all,

Can you help me with two peoples names I have forgotten.  Terrible memory and the thing is I got to know these people well.  The first one is the fellow who runs the poolside snack bar at Vickys Apartments and the second one looked after Princes' Bar at the Little Prince Hotel last year.

I think the guy at the Vicky is called Ari.  Can't help with the other one though
