Post by: snappy cathy on May 05, 2009, 05:25:22 PM: Don't know why it took so long, got a letter to say they needed more information, i e-mailed them that they had all receipts and then i phoned them and they said Oh yes we have now got all the information and a cheque will be sent out!!!!

Never mind at least it had a happy ending cos now we are coming back to San Stef instead of Rhodes yeepee 8 weeks on Friday

The reason is XL was badly run - financially speaking!!
and now - it's X-heLL for some Customers!!
