Hi, anyone stayed here? Just wondered if noise from Beer O'clock would be an issue?

The villas are to the side and behind Beer O Clock, you may hear people coming and going, but the music in Beer O Clock is played at background music level, so I'd be surprised if you were disturbed by it. It's not a loud bar.
