I can hardly believe we will be in San stef next Friday. Can't wait!! We have stayed at the Teraza apartments before but this year we are going to be in the b&b block. Can anyone tell me if they are the same as far as facilities? I presume they have towels, air con etc.
Thankyou. ;D

We stayed B&B at Terezas last June (09).
Air con is payable but we didn't use it as they do not get loads of sun, so not too hot.
Towels yes, but not changed everyday. Apartment cleaned most days, but not everyday. No toilet rolls supplied. So these 3 things i've mentioned are not as good as Fedra Mare where we stayed this June.
In bathroom the shower has 'proper' enclosure - nice touch.
Fridge and kettle supplied.
I think that's it.

Loo rolls are normally supplied at Teresa for your first one. After that you have to buy your own. Last year we squashed normal loo rolls (Andrex) into our cases
so we didn't have to buy any.

But do you get free Jam?? LOL

we have stayed at the teressa hotel for the last three years in the b/b there is a safe in the room [cost 14 euros for a fortnight] a fridge ,kettle, hairdryer and cups provided and only one toliet roll suplied ,we took baby wipes with us much cheaper and cleaner but do not put them down the loo i guess you now that, the breakfast in our opinion was one of the best in s/s , if you want a full english breakfast its 2euros extra its the full monty you will enjoy you selfs at this place ,we think its the best place in s/s [you even get jam at the t/ hotel for breakfast l.o.l] . fanis and his brother leo and father nico and mother anglena will look after you have a nice holiday ,we will return in sep for two weeks again at the t/hotel yammas mike. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Most self catering apartments supply the first toilet roll, thereafter, guests buy their own. I am sure everyone knows, not to flush any paper down the toilet. I read somewhere if you do and the pipes block, the charge to the guest is around 100 euros.

We stayed at the Tereza a couple of weeks ago in the self catering apartments and if the toilet roll was low they always left us another roll.

Lucky you, because it's not the norm in self catering, unless you are staying in the newer high spec apartements around the village. Self catering is just that, you buy your own supplies, loo roll, washing up liquid etc
