Hi,could someone please clarify whether the Teresa Apartments have a fridge in the kitchen area of the studios?  Thomson dont seem to mention  it in the brochure.  Also, what are the bathrooms like?   Hubby and I not so fussy but we've a 14yr old teenage daughter !!!!

Thanks everyone, just to clarify that it's the flights that are expensive and not the actual accomodation.  Regarding the Perros Hotel, which does look nice on website, is it 'up a hill', and far from the beach?  We usually fly out from Newcastle, and the likes of Easyjet dont fly to Corfu from there. :-\

Thanks to all for replies.  Like the look of all recommded from the San Stefanos travel, but I've now priced some flights and they seem expensive for three of us, making the overall holiday coming out at over £2000.  (A wee tad too much for a self catering hol).  Any reports regarding Perros Hotel ? ???

if you dont mind me asking, if you're close friends of the owners of Mythos, why are you staying at Nondas and not there in Sept?  ???

Now then, I've kind of gone of the Mythos. No vino, no goodo!  Wish I hadn't had a right good look around the Delfino Blu website. Well nice!!  Tried to convince myself that the interior of the Mythos would give me a better holiday. But really, it does seem a wee bit away from the beach for our liking. Beach looks so nice, it'd be a pity not to be able to see it.  Teresa, another of our choices doesn't seem to be available on a self catering basis for the time we fancied next July. Keeps throwing up b & b. (We also like a nice view from balcony).  As I said before, champagne taste, beer income, anywhere else to be recommended?

Thanks all for replies. I'm only getting b&b rooms coming up as available, so guessing all the self catering accomodation in already booked.  That's for July 2010!

Could someone who's seen the Mythos apartments lately comment on the upkeep of the gounds and pool area.  Read somewhere that it seemed a bit overgrown, but don't know old that report was.  Don't fancy lying in amongst weeds and all!!  Is there a bar on the premises, also read conflicting views on that?  ???

Liking the look of these apartments too, Corfu Escape states on their website there are 6 studios but Thomas Cook say there are 8. On the Corfu Escape website it seems that they are only suitable for a couple or with kids under the age of twelve sleeping on the sofa beds on the ground floor, but when I priced with Thomas Cook online they have costed it for three adults.  Is there sleeping facilites for three adults.? (Daughter is 14 so now counts as as adult).  Still confused by the balcony situation!! Do the maisonettes with the upstairs balcony also have the terrace on the ground floor?  Also, how far and how easy to reach is the beach from the Mythos?  Is there lighting on streets leading into the centre of San Stefanos or would it be a torch job at night?  Thanks.

Where to stay / Teresa 2 bed apartments

We are thinking of booking for San Stefanos for 2010, and initially thought of Delfino Blu, but think its going to be much too costly.  Now we are thinking of Teresa Apartments.  In the brochure it states that the 2 bed apartments have no balcony but a terrace.  Can anyone tell me if this terrace is big enough to sit on and does it have a view?  We like to spend time sitting on our balcony sipping some vino.  We also wondered if the new block of b&b rooms are a lot nicer than the self catering (as they are newer).  We are aware they do not have the nice views.  There will be three of us travelling so not sure what would be best, size wise.  We gather from good reports on this website that the Teresa would be a good choice.  If Delfino Blu is out of the picture is the Teresa the next best choice?  (I've got champagne taste on a beer income).  Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.  Thanks. :)
