Information and help please / Good news from Norwich

We have been looking for holidays to San Stef for 2014 from Norwich and were surprised to see the revised flight times , used to depart mid afternoon and arrive in San Stef around 11 30 pm Now departing at 6 am so we should be in our apartments around 3 30 pm .Departure time used to be around midday and now its 9 30 pm. Great now we have an extra half day Still got to pay the b****y £10 A.D.F. though.

In yesterdays ( 13-4-2012 ) Times travel supplement was an article about the best boutique hotels in Greece. At number five out of twenty was Delfino Blu ,San Stefanos N W Corfu, obviously good for Kostas and his business, but do we want " Our Secret " to be revealed to all the world or am I being selfish.
I do wonder sometimes how much development can take place at San Stef . I am a comparative newcomer , been visiting since 2001 , but even in that time it has changed a lot. Ultimately the airport is the limiting factor , is there room for another in N Corfu , very unlikely .

Does anyone use Norwich Airport to fly to Corfu with Thomson ? If so what are the feelings of the 100% increase in the Airport Development Fee ( A D F )
It was introduced a few years ago at £3.00 but soon went up to £5.00 and from Jan 2012 will be £10.00 Have they reached the point were customers from South Norfolk will consider to travel from Stansted ?
As we live at North Norfolk Norwich Airport is only a 30 min drive away We may find its cheaper for four people to fly from Stansted for a cheaper holiday and better flight times
Despite several years of A D F and many millions raised , passengers do not have a bus to take them to the plane and on return have to queue outside for passport control !
