We stayed at the Olga last year and we are going back in September. The apts are basic but they clean and tidy. They are a good size  and reasonably well equipped. The pool area is nice with a bar area next to it The family and staff are all helpful and make you feel welcome.I think you will enjoy yourselves Roll on September 192 days to go

We stayed at Olga last year and we are going back this year. The apts are basic but clean and tidy we did not have any trouble with road noise. The family who own them are friendly  people as are all in San Stefanos. Many people return each year to these apts which tells you a lot about them.We have also stopped at Thomas Bay which again is a friendly place but we enjoy eating out in the many places there are in San Stef. You will enjoy yourselves where ever you stay.

Hi Don they do keep steam trains at Carnforth, The one used in the Harry Potter films was kept there. I have never been to steamtown so I don,t know if it is the same thing. If you are interested in steam preservation we have the Keighley & Worth Valley railway on our doorstep at home which as quite a lot of steam, diesel and electric locomotives that run on a daily basis. Enjoy yourself in the Canaries
