Business first - I am running a busy operations desk this week, but I do have a dot.Gov.uk email address!!
Luckily I can multi-task very well, also have the TV on - on Sky News just in case of any incidents of note!!

Sorry to see you hurt your self - my friend fell out of the loft - did a similar injury - needed an op - not as good as it was before now!!
Get well soon - and don't worry if you can only swim in circles!! LOL
How did you do it???

During the working week we normally go to bed about 11pm but on holiday could be anytime from about 12.30am to 2am.

Bacardi & Coke could be a neat trick!!!!!!!!!!!! And it would bring a whole new meaning to "make mine a double"  ........Alternatively, moving back to the beer before it goes flat it could be DD as in the fabled Double Diamond..........I suppose any drink that would titivate the old taste buds would do!
