That's what I was told last September too. They think it will be more profitable going all inclusive with a mainly eastern European client base apparently.

We can go on and on about the effect of Brexit on the exchange rate but ultimately is it going to stop me travelling? - a resounding no, the exchange rate has been far worse in the past and it didn't stop me then and it won't stop me now!

We've booked our two trips - in fact we booked them last June when we out there and then just sorted flights when they came out. We'll do the same next year too- lifes too bloody short!!

Some of the locals are concerned that the Athina will have a large Eastern European clientele next year which, as they are notorious for not spending much in the village, will not be a good thing for the village as a whole. I understand that the owner has other property in Sidari which is mainly used by Eastern Europeans.

I voted leave but I can assure you I am not xenophobic, racist, small minded or any of the many other insults being thrown at those of us who chose to differ in their opinion from the Remainers. I was always brought up to respect other people and their opinions but it would appear that if you dare to differ from the Remain viewpoint you become some kind of unintelligent sub human.
