Shellbell,

You will not regret this.  It's a great place to chill and make friends.  Have you been to San Stef before?

Yes Rod, last year! We only went after reading the reports on here and we were not disappointed!
Felt at home as soon as we landed  :). Although we went for 2 weeks last year we didnt try everywhere,so this year we will be trying the places that we missed previously and re-visiting the ones that made an impression! we were there last june and experienced a few choppy days on the beach and felt that another month may bring more settled weather and this year, I think its proving the case.So hopefully the digger on the beach will be packed away and we can zone out in solitude 8)

Have to be up early to get a fresh loaf. The only place we can sit down to a mealof bread and butter. In fact Don would eat more bread there in a day than in a week at home.

We sometimes make up Rolls for the beach, or buy something in pastry for lunch occasionally, the Bakery is brilliant!

We have been staying at the Barras for the last 12 years and you will have a great time. The family are wonderful and nothing is to much for them - we will be there as well from the 2nd July for 2 weeks - see you in the bar! The Bowen family.
