Information and help please / Currency Exchange?
« on: August 08, 2013, 05:12:16 PM »
Hi, we're planning on taking most of our Euro's with us and taking our cards as back up.
I know there's a couple of ATMs in SS but wondered if anywhere else does currency exchange?

Cheers!

Out and About / Beach Access from Terezas?
« on: July 31, 2013, 08:15:38 PM »
Hi, can anyone tell me if there is a path down to the beach from Terezas Hotel?
I think it's quite high up a hill from what I've read.
On the map on San Stef home page it looks like there is a dead-end road down to Havana Bar, maybe that's the best way.

Staying at Terezas for 2 weeks in 5 weeks time.....can't wait!

Just wondered if anyone has had any luck in requesting a room with a sea view direct to the owners?
If so, we're they able to help?

Thanks  8)

Where to eat out in San Stefanos? / Re: Waves?
« on: July 26, 2013, 05:22:33 PM »
I've been creating a list of restaurants to try based on various peoples tips.
High on the list are:

Romanza
Fantasea
Delfino Blue
Beachcombers
Ozzy Oil

Would also like to try Waves but not seen much about it, has anyone been there recently?

Thanks!  ::)

Out and About / Re: Which boat trip?
« on: July 26, 2013, 05:18:42 PM »
Hi, we are visiting San Stefanos for our first time in 5 weeks time.
Looking at a boat trip with San Stefanos Travel and wondered which would be the best option:

MATHRAKI & OTHONI
PALEOKASTRITSA
ERICUSA ISLAND

I myself like the thought of Mathraki trip, though my girlfriend isn't a great boat person and maybe this would be a bit too much.

Any thoughts?
Thanks

...till we visit San Stefanos for the 1st time.
Very much looking forward to it and have enjoyed reading this forum and getting some good tips!

We are staying at Terezas for 2 weeks, and read some great reviews.
I've been to Corfu before but a long time ago and it's my girl friends first visit.
I've got my Gerald Durrell Corfu trilogy ready in my suitcase!

Will post a few 'newbie' questions in the relative sections  ::)
