Do RobbinAir charge you when they cancel the flight?Sounds like RobbinAir - same sort of customer service - - -none!!!We have just heard that our flights has been cancelled for the 17th August-31st August.Which actual airline were you flying with Sue? Did they offer a refund so you could make alternative arrangements?
They have offered us other flights on the same days.
The outcome being that we will lose 8hrs on the arrival day and 10 hrs on our departure day.
We enquired about flights that were not far of our orignal times but were told that we would get a £250 cancellation charge.
After many heated phone conversations/emails I am sad to say we got nowhere and have accepted the new times offered.
So for the 17th August cancel lunch, swim in the sea and walk along the beach as we wont be in San Stef till 9.30ish in the evening rather than lunchtime.
As for the 31st not much time for anything as flight goes at 11.30am, cancell, beach,swim, walk and food and drinks with Glenn.
on a tv they told people to take vit b1 three times a day to stop mozziesThere were lots of mozzies around while we were there a couple of weeks back and also lots of people with really nasty looking bites on there arms and legs. I only got bitten twice in two weeks which was pretty good, 1 on the leg above where i'd sprayed and one on my forehead on the last night waiting for the coach.We thought we would walk down to the beach for one last sunset (Hadn't sprayed).It wasn't the best idea i've ever had as it looked like i'd been hit with a golf ball!!.Luckily it went down before we got to the airport.

I heard a rumour last time i was down that The Crown in Sipson is being turned in to another Indian restaurant, just what you need!!Rick is still around there!! Another good place is the Plough near the King Willy!Oh yes the White Hart's good or sunday lunch at The Pheasant is just unbeatableThe first week we was there we used it 3 times with no problem. The 2nd week it didn't work at all. I was told that the one in Arillas (at the T-Junction) is nearly always working and filled up more frequently. We used this one for the 2nd week. There is also one at the pharmacy in Avilotes (Spelling!!) but apparently this only works when the pharmacy is open (Not in the afternoon).Yes - we hate that feeling as well - but I have 2 days off now and we have puppies at home - just one left to sell now,
God I wish I was back!!!
and fingers crossed that will be tonight!! They keep us busy!
I am also running around getting the holiday stuff together for next week -

We had the fresh fish at the Sunset Beach (Opp Kathy's gift shop) it was absolutely superb.Is Waves the best plaice for eating fish?Waves!!!!!!!!Not a great deal between them last year!! (Tuna & shrimp Salads).

) Definately safer than a scooter. Only problem was as much as I tried to miss the potholes the bike just got drawn towards them, especially after the missus complained about the numb backside!!
