Can't wait for August 31st.  ;D
I feel like I'm wishing my life away though :'(  I just work to afford holidays.
Nice to have a new forum member Romanza man.
We only went for the first time last year to Ag. Stef and, like everyone told me we would ,
we fell in love with the place.

If you like luxury, then try the Palazzo del Mare in Kos.
We went there for our 25th anniversary in 2009.
It was really lovely but I felt I could have been anywhere in the world
and not in Greece.
After dinner, we would escape to a local, really friendly taverna for
drinks.
It's an amazing hotel with so many pools. We stayed in an executive suite for three days
and then moved to a Junior suite for the rest of our holiday. Hot tub on the balcony too.
It was a great experience but I prefer to go to Ag.Stef with it's beautiful people and try a different
restaurant every night.

Debra , I really enjoyed your post. Last year was our first year and like you we had been to several  other Greek islands . Our favourite place up until last year was Potamia in the Vasilikos area of Zakynthos. We too fell in love with Agios Stefanos and booked again for this year as soon as we got home. Beautiful place and beautiful people.

We like quiet, friendly places and so late 2010 we booked our holiday in San Stef for 2011 for the first time.
We'd done quite a bit of research before booking and just hoped we'd got it right!!
I then found this forum and had lots of wonderful advice from all of you.
I couldn't resist booking Terezas even though we don't normally book anything up a hill, but after watching the video
for it, I just couldn't get away from those wonderful views. I'm so glad we found this wonderful place and we're going back again
on August 31st. We met Angela (Sunshine) and her husband last year and this year I'm looking to meeting Jules and her husband.
Once again, I can't wait to get there.

We paid more than you as we changed the flight from Gatwick to the earlier flight which we like.
We also paid for extra legroom as I get a bit claustraphobic on board.
I think it's very good value compared to this years prices as we too didn't have breakfast this year and of course we have to next year.
I'm in my lunch hour at work, so I can't remember exactly what we paid but it is somewhere around £1200. I'll have a look when I get home.
That also includes extra baggage allowance.
