I fly on friday 15th may ,The weather is not looking to clever just my luck, Its been nice all week now as soon as i arrive it looks terrible.

We've flown out of UK to Corfu expecting the worst from the weather forecast only to find the west coast so different from the east. The forecasts and reports are done based on the airport. A totally different climate exists there.

It all depends on which forecast you look at. One predicts showers,whereas 3 others (including local) are forecasting wall to wall sun.

Oh and quite hot 80ish (or 29c for the younger ones).

Don't worry. Last year for our fortnight in September the forecast looked dreadful. Turned out the whole 2 weeks were the best we have had since going weatherwise.

Last year when we went in may, the weather was supposed to be cloudy - it was brilliant!!

We have had 2 days of cloudy, hot & humid weather. Forecast is better (back to normal).

Good weather certainly plays a massive part when on your hols. The sunshine gives everyone a feel good factor.

26C here today. Got the old shorts and sockless sandals out. Why can't we have this more often.... There is though a down side........... Just struggle to hold in the laughter at some of the worst sites in town!

Some of the shorts I've seen about are enough to make you cringe lol!!!

I returned from walking the Dogs this afternoon, I was passed by a weird old guy wearing very high cut and very baggy towelling type material shorts, far too big for him, as he passed you could not help but notice that his "equipement" was visible from a side view! Not a pretty sight with lilly-white skin too boot.

Your POOR dogs.... You'd have to walk them close to a 375 mile round trip to see me!! Poor Linda if you taker her a walk in San Stef ... You'll be in Kavos before you know it!!!!
