Have had quite a lot of success (economically) by using SUNSHINE.
It searches flights - choose the most convenient/cheapest.Then hotel/apartment and finally offers varied forms of transfers. Never had a problem with them. We've saved over £200 each on a week away in April. We have 5*AI cheaper than self catering. This is "Ultra AI" as in bars and snacks 24/7.

A couple of self caterings and hotels are working independetly this summer in s.s., you need to get own flights through easyjet, Jet2, Kiss or the major tour ops who have seats only's.  Of course you will need to arrange transfers to/from airport as well, some of the hoteliers do have their own websites now where you can book directly if you know where you'd like to stay, so you can goggle them.  Also www.corfuselections.com as well as www.sanstefanos.gr maybe able to help out.

Mikee
I assume you want S S.
There are a variety of places you can book independantly.
If you can get a cheap flight, easyjet etc, then it's worth it.
If you surf this site you will find links to most - if not all places, then it's a question of phoning (I use skype as it's almost free),
or emailing for availability and price (some places do a free transfer from the Airport now).
First try Noula at San Stefanos Travel, www.san-stefano.gr I stayed with her last year, the Theodosia Apts are really nice and close to beach.
She has a great choice of Apt's.

Then Pele & Maria - Don is there this year and has the link info.

gizakis@otenet.gr = Sunset Studios - Spiros is doing free transfers as well - I am told - needs confirmation.
Sunset Studios, A great place to stay!

www.christina-apartments.eu Ask Christina, her Brother has Apts next door.

www.nondas.co.uk = Nondas has Apts up the "Headland Hill" - very nice.

www.leonidasvillas.co.uk = another good choice

Some of the others will offer more links - but this is a very good start.
