Walking from SS

(1/5) > >>

Apophis:
We are staying in SS for one week in mid May.
Our interest is in walking into the surrounding countryside and hills as well as the coastal options ???.
Very used to walking and not getting lost.
Any suggestions and advise please.

Welcome to these forums.
Here is a link on this very website for some walking - not sure how good it is as we have never tried it.

Hi, we have done the walk up to olive trees and back down to the tennis courts.  Bit hard going up hill, but well worth it.  We have also done the walk to the harbour.  Not much there when you get there except a man selling water and ice cream, but still a lovely walk.  Just don't forget your water on any of these walks.  Hope you enjoy them.

hi Apophis
i bought a cracking walkers map you can get it via a link on the main site, by a guy called Lance Chillton "walks of north west corfu", very informative with good information, i did a couple of them last year  and a few around palleo a few years ago, you can pay via pay pal , i think i got it via e.bay , i would recommend it  :)

Noula has quite good free walkers maps in the San Stefanos Travel shops.
There are plenty of good walks to do.
