hippopots:
Well, we've had a week for beautiful weather now, sunny days, and all the spring flowers are blooming, so everywhere looking lovely! Lots of beautiful purple blossom on trees, daisies on the roadsides, and wisteria looking gorgeous!
Bod and I took a little walk along the beach today, and it was lovely to see a lady and 2 young girls playing in the sea!
Ag Stefanos is slowly coming to life....Yiannis new place is looking fab, and Tasty Corner has his signs going up on the wall in front, a sure sign he'll be open soon ,ready to feed us whilst we work!
3 W's looking quite busy this afternoon too, and work going on at Silver Moon, and Nafsika.
Summer will be upon us very soon....even saw my first firefly a few days ago.
Jimbo:
Thanks, Jackie. As spring very slowly creeps towards us here in the UK, our thoughts turn more and more to Agios Stefanos and true warmth.
Hope you have a lovely Easter.
hippopots:
Well, Easter celebrations are now over (was a lovely weekend!), so time to start getting ready for Summer!
The weather has been amazing, nice and warm, and lots of sunshine, so perfect for getting businesses prepped.
We were in the village a couple of days ago, and pressure washers were in full flow at Little Prince, and Vasia's shop.
Mistral was getting a clean down, and Nafsika getting some painting work done.
El Greco has had people sat enjoying the sun with a drink every time we pass, 3W's is returning to Summer opening hours next week, and Tasty Corner opens today....Summer's coming!! 8)
cambridge:
